And Aussie celebrities are among the worst offenders.
Not a scroll of your Insta feed goes by these days without a local star peddling some sort of aspirational mantra.
"Be bold." "Be brave." "Be your best self." "Be you." "Be kind." "Be human." "Be alive." Be still." "Just. Be." We've heard them all.
While we're all for personal empowement, when some of these #instaquotes leave you feeling more :| than :), then it's time to stop and think before you post.
